"My wife and I stayed a week with our two dogs. The garden is fully enclosed so the dogs could just wander about. The pool area is also fenced off so the dogs can’t go in. And yes the pool really is heated and it was wonderful. You do need a car to explore the area. We went into the mountains to explore the waterfalls on some days and down to the various beaches on others. Thanks to Manuel for being a wonderful host. We hope to come back in the future."

"Although navigating the narrow streets and roads can be a challenge, once you get to the top of the hill, the spectacular views and the modern sleek accommodations are more than worth it. Although the nearest town (Seixas) is not exactly a bustling metropolis, it is very quaint (as are the neighboring towns), and there's really excellent access by major arteries to Porto and beyond. "The room was big ans spaceous and the location was excellent. It was clean and the staff were welcoming and polite. The only “bad” thing was the parking situation. They charge you 15€ a day for parking in the premises. Other than that, we enjoyed it."
