「Very nice property , but had to walk about 100 feet through cobblestone streets with luggage to find the hotel entrance, Front desk Staff were incredible and very attentive and helpful. We were a bit upset we lost one night of our stay because of travel delays and they would not refund the lost night, which I found unreasonable!」

「Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY...

「The propert was overall great the showers are way to small an I had some injuries in the shower. An don’t take the advice of the hotel to use their taxis it’s way to expensive and an Uber would take you to the back of the hotel with ease and it’s just as easy access as the front of the hotel 」

「Gostei muito de ficar no hotel. Ótima localização. A melhoria que precisa é sobre a recepção explicar a questão de como funciona o elevador, que é bem diferente pois tem que marcar o andar que vai do lado de fora do elevador. Cheio de malas foi complexo. Outros hóspedes que ajudaram. 」

「stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. 」

「Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!」
