“Avevamo la camera numero 1. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura senza grandi pretese ma purtroppo ha deluso anche quei pochi standard che dovrebbe avere. Comunicazione pressoché assente, abbiamo dovuto contattare sempre noi il referente per avere informazioni base per il check-in e check-out. La camera era davvero messa male, il gabinetto era staccato dal pavimento, la doccia era in realtà una piccola vasca con un doccino attaccato alla parete che non essendo regolabile permetteva di lavarsi solo……

“Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home.
