“The booking for this property was done by my daughter in the U.S on my behalf. It was an accidental booking, because originally the booking was intended for "STERLING GURUVAYUR. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly. “1. At the time of check in, neither verbal information provided about the where is what, nor any printed information. Even room did not have any information or even telephone directory. Nothing is indicated on the phone about how to contact reception.
