「I recommend this apartment, it is close to everything, clean and well equipped. The listing says it can accommodate up to three people. However, the rate listed is for one person and there is an extra charge for the second and third person. I had two people and had to pay extra for the second person. Suggest you clarify rate with host when booking. Except for this, it is an excellent apartment and the host is pleasant and helpful.」

「Yes, all room amenities were perfect. However, on the fourth floor above me, the owners had a dog that they allow on the balcony that literally bark much of the night, so my sleep was invaded. Also, it was Carnival and they were yelling and screaming part of the night from a balcony. But the breakfast was very good and they had plenty of coffee. I will stay again but probably not during Carnival.」

Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in.
