“Very disappointing experience. As two women traveling alone, arriving after dark to an unfamiliar town was stressful enough, but this hotel made the situation even worse. Communication was difficult because very few staff members, including management, spoke English, leaving us feeling unsupported and uncertain about our options. The hotel itself was not what we expected. The lobby appeared old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel.……

“The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.”

The person who checked us in, was also the person hosting breakfast. She shared options (fruits, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, juices and Peruvian bread) 4. Breakfast setup was simple but well managed. 5. Location is really good. Close to the shops, restaurants and the hot springs. Summary: It’s a the best on multiple counts; no-frills setup. One……

“The guy in the front desk asked for $15 USD extra if we pay by credit card, for a 1 night stay!! This is a absolute rip-off (12% added to final booking cost shown in Expedia). We had to use our USD cash reserves to avoid.”

“The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.”
