“Nicoletta was a wonderful hostess, she answered all our questions promptly and gave us suggestions as to where to go during our stay. The apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults, plenary of room to spread out. Many amenities for cooking and relaxing.”

“We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian area below. We did not use the kitchen; there are great cafes and restaurants in……

“This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended.”

“Apartment is a nice size, gated parking, clean and newly renovated, and very close to the Beach which was great for us. The ceiling tapers on 2 sides and you can’t help to hit your head as bed pillows and toilet are at lowest ceiling point. I could not use the WIFI at all. It would link up and quickly detach causing me to do my office work from my cell phone.”

“Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Das Haus und der Pool waren ordentlich umzäunt, so dass die Kinder allein im Hof spielen konnten. Die Lage ist gut! Man bekommt die Schönheit der Abruzzen zu sehen und ist ebenso schnell in den Bergen, wie am Meer. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.”

Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!”

“The location of this apartment is amazing! Super close to the beach. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment you need and the apartment it self was very spacious. The stove wasn’t working the first day but the host came over the next day to fix it”
