“The property was beautiful! Our room didn't disappoint! The view of the coast from up on the mountain was so picturesque. The room was a little cold, but the heaters worked great. It would probably be a great escape in the Summer. All the tile was so pretty!”

“The staff was very accommodating. Shared ideas of places to eat places to visit. Cleaning was impeccable. Extremely clean. The kitchen very well stocked with pots pans utensils. Everything you could use to make our stay comfortable. The town has a very cozy friendly and safe feel to it. Everyone we spoke to from B&B owner Maria to restauranteurs to shopkeepers and people on the street were very kind and helpful and friendly. And the sea view is the best! “Hostess, Carmen, is excellent. Breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were big, especially the master BR (We had the 2 BR unit). You walk up 1 long flight of stairs, there is no elevator. The B&B is located at the edge of the historic town. Only a 10-min walk to the cathedral (which is a must-see). Parking nearby was a challenge, but you can park closer to the port & walk 10-ish minutes. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS to this property if you have a car. It takes you down narrow, historical streets that……

“This was our PERFECT Salerno “launch pad” for the Amalfi Coast vacation. The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. Easy instructions from Superhost Angela and we were in. Clean, very modern design and fixtures and great queen bed. The next morning Angela prepared a wonderful breakfast and assisted us greatly in the equally short walk to the Ferry dock for the……

“We had a great stay! This was our first time in Europe and the B&B was the perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The view was incredible and the property was gorgeous. The host was very responsive and thorough with the check-in info. Although we had early mornings where we weren’t at the property, breakfast was provided! Salerno was a great city to stay in and away from the crowds in the other towns. Would stay again!”

“The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult. Davide is a frendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was there for breakfast in the morning. He responded……

Little things like coffee, tea, lollies, panettone and water plus bathroom accessories made the stay even more comfortable. Information about Salerno and surrounding areas, plus food spots and great communication with Olga re late arrival, very welcoming. We would definitely stay at Attico 195 again. ”

“Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions……
