The villa is perfectly placed between Saint Anne and Saint Francis; Countless beaches, more beautiful than the others, many activities are available all around.
The villa accommodates from 1 to 12 people, all rooms are oriented towards the full sea view of the beach of Anse à la Barque - exceptional view of Guadeloupe.
A very nice 3 x 8 salt pool with relaxation area on a large open terrace and outdoor shower.
Each room has its shower room / WC - a very large living room / lounge opens onto a beautiful semi-covered terrace and the large kitchen.
The villa is on two levels: 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with TV (two rooms with two beds of 90 - that can be compared to only one of 180 (extra 50euros per person per night beyond 12 people ) - and two rooms with beds of 180) - On the floor, two rooms (beds 180) - a room of shower / WC for guest.
The villa is on an enclosed garden with private access to the beach of Anse à la Barque 30 meters and a covered area for two vehicles.

Tourist tax € 2.30 per adult per night
Final cleaning 220,00 €
Method of payment: 30% upon booking and 70% one month before your arrival.

Vacation with two families (adults and teens)

Notre commentaire est rédigé en français et en anglais. We are two families from Canada (4 adults, 3 teens) who spent 9 days at this beautiful house. This was a great vacation and I highly recommend this house and the hosts. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful and waiting for us on arrival. They provided a tour of the house and explained how various things worked and afterwards, we were able to contact them for questions anytime via whats app. The house is as the pictures show in our opinion. It is large, clean and spread out – perfect for two families. There are many different places to sit and relax so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The view is spectacular and you can walk (10 minutes) or drive down to the bay below (2 minutes) and relax or snorkel (quality water shoes highly recommended). The pool at the house was a very good size, clean and you can stand on a ledge all the way around in the pool and view the ocean with your drink in hand. Awesome! There is also an outdoor shower which was very handy for removing sand and rinsing our snorkel and scuba gear. Every area in the house had a view and there is a yard as well. The flowers are lovely and there is excellent privacy and it is generally very quiet. Overall, Guadeloupe is a beautiful island with so many different areas to explore and experience, with a great mix of French and Creole cuisine and culture. We shall return! Nous sommes deux familles canadiennes (4 adultes, 3 adolescents) et nous avons passé 9 jours dans cette belle maison. Ce furent des vacances formidables et je recommande vivement cette maison et ses hôtes. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement gentils, serviables et nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont fait visiter la maison et nous ont expliqué le fonctionnement de diverses choses et, par la suite, nous avons pu les contacter pour des questions à tout moment via whats app. Selon nous, la maison est conforme aux photos. Elle est grande, propre et spacieuse - parfaite pour deux familles. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits différents pour s'asseoir et se détendre, de sorte que nous n'avons jamais eu l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. La vue est spectaculaire et vous pouvez marcher (10 minutes) ou conduire jusqu'à la baie en contrebas (2 minutes) pour vous détendre ou faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba (des chaussures d'eau de qualité sont fortement recommandées). Nos plus belles vacances en famille

Notre séjour Villa à la Barque a duré dix jours et nous étions 11 adultes et un bébé. La villa est située dans un endroit calme et facilement accessible. La vue mer est époustouflante. Les six chambres avec leurs six salles de douches sont parfaites. L’agencement rend le séjour simple et idéal . Les propriétaires sont disponibles et adorables.
