“The staff was friendly and welcoming. My flight was 7hrs delayed and I arrived closed to the time, helpdesk would be leaving. The young lady called me to verify if I was still coming. Love that I had a private pool. The only issue is that there were lots of ants in the rooms although the rooms were clean when i checked in and during the stay. I had to buy spray while there to help a little and I didnt have a microwave so it was hard to warm our food up. Other than that I would recommend this……

“Deceptive location indicated on website! It's a room in a big cluster of villas, definitely not a hotel, no gym not coffee machine in room, TV only 40 inchec, not 55" as advertised, wifi does not cover the far side of the backyard! So far from anything, over 8 minutes on golf cart just to get to any amenities, like restaurant and stores, or public beach with sand, nice seaside villa, but the thin patch of sand is off a deep crippling-drop cliff! Only saving grace is the friendly staff.”

“Wonderful family beach especially for young children ( our grandkids are 3-7 ages) and awesome to have the view and walk out to beach but it is not private. You have 10 reserved chairs on a very busy public beach. We do believe that due to windy conditions on Grace Bay many travelers and locals knew this was a much calmer side and protected beach is perhaps why so busy). We had to daily ask people to move and explain these are reserved chairs for renting the house. They loved having the pool……

“We loved our stay at Delfin's. While our villa didn't exactly have a view to speak of, it was clean and comfortable and the walk down to the private beach and pier to swim and snorkel from was short. The restaurants on the property were great with wonderful views of the sea at sunset. The cleaning crew came to check of we needed them every day and even decorated our bed for my birthday.”

“Iris and Marco were wonderful host. Very responsive. I would recommend anyone coming to the island to stay in their beautiful villa! You can see the ocean from anywhere in the villa. A rating! Will be visiting again by the end of the year ! ”

“pool and view excellent but we couldn't use one of the rooms because there was a bad smell coming from it, no hot water and air conditioning need to be service, very dangerous going up the hill when dark because there's no lights on the way.”
