“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent vacation package purchased through Expedia. The package was advertised and sold to me as an all-inclusive stay in Puerto Rico. However, after arriving at the resort, I discovered that it was not an all-inclusive property. “The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.”

“Our room was not clean. On top of and the outside of the shelves weren't wiped down - spills down the front, and the bathroom shelf was dirty also. The bathroom door could not close because the latch was broken so there was not any privacy. We had to take freezing cold showers before dinner as there was no hot water at all, not even a bit warm, even after we waited a while. The room size was fine and the window overseeing the pool was nice. Several of the front desk staff were impatient with us……

“The property was great, nice rooms and our room was perfect for our group. The pool could've used a cleaning. They need better towels. The were very worn and hard.”

“The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. ”

“This hotel is run down with many maintenance issues. From elevators that don’t work, lights in the room they no longer have parts for, a shower that just leaks all over the floor and maintenance does nothing when you call them. We communicated with the hotel multiple times about our issues and all they did was fix the clogged sink. Very run down, not up to the Hilton brand standards. Mgt never even bothered to contact us.”

“I love everything about it hotel is very clean , staff is very friendly , the only thing is ac doesn’t work as well is the rooms or at least the one I was in . As other hotels I’ve been to , I will be coming back though.”
