「The check in process and the customer service was great. The pool area was nice and clean and the rooms were spacious. It is close to restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. 「Pros: staff especially Jose were very welcoming, location is close to everything in Condado and other surrounding areas, we walked to a lot of the popular locations, restaurants close by in walking distance, pick up spots for tours are close by as well! Cons: my dad had between $1500-$1700 stolen out of his bag, we spoke to hotel manager who is currently investigating. No elevator so be prepared to lift bags up the stairs, king bed rooms are smaller than expected akin to hotels in Europe.」
