“I got nervous after booking because I saw some crazy reviews but I stayed here from Aug 4-11. And there were no problems really. View from my ocean room was SPECTACULAR. Amenities are all nice. Great location. The only thing that can be a little annoying is sometimes it takes awhile for the elevator.”

“Staff was great. Breakfast taken to the room excellent. Loved the rooftop restaurant. Room was clean, comfortable, huge bathroom, only downfall was the sofa bed mattress needs to be updated”

“Not as advertised. The staff was not accommodating, no one asked up how our stay was upon check out. The beach staff daily seemed annoyed we were using our resort fees to get us chairs. The service was slow even when it was dead. Food mediocre and the room felt dirty and outdated. Balcony had peeling paint. Soap scum on showers and dust on surfaces. Housekeeping missed us a couple times. Cannot recommend”
