“Beautiful location and the rooms are amazing with view of the beach!”

“The jacuzzi was out of order. The complimentary in-room water bottles had been opened prior to our arrival, and despite our request for replacements, none were provided. The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained.”

“Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con amabilidad pero nos enviaron a otro edificio que según ellos también es parte del hotel. En este edificio no hay ascensor, hubo que subir tres tramos de escaleras, en los pasillos no hay aire acondicionado y la puerta para entrar al edificio se mantiene abierta, no hay seguridad. Según me indicaron que al comprar por Expedia, ellos nos dan las habitaciones que tengan disponible (y que nos tocaba en el otro edificio) que para una próxima ocasión nos……
