「El servicio al cliente de Fatima sobrepasó las expectativas de nuestro estadia. Logré realizarle un picnic espectacular frente al mar llevando yo todo y Fatima me logró dar acceso a bajar todo en el area y el picnic quedó a otro nivel.」

「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」

「La habitación y la limpieza mucho que desear yo y mi pareja decidimos rentar la habitación deluxe que nada que ver con la palabra ,la puerta del balcón no cerraba , había un cenicero con más de veinte colillas en la mesita del mismo, el exterior de la propiedad y los pasillos te hacían sentir inseguro tanto fue así que decidimos no quedarnos y regresar a casa. Este lugar es una estafa nada que ver con las fotografías! Que lástima que engañen a las personas de está manera.」

「La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.」

「The view is definitely awesome, is literally steps from the beach. The beach is for surfing not suitable for swimming (lot of currents). The room is very outdated, need more plugs example where the coffee maker is placed. Theres is one for three appliances so you need to disconnect one to use the other. For the price I’ve paid I expected more. Because it is an expedia offer they give you the old rooms. Which is not fair.」

「We had high expectations for this resort as we were not able to book the Marriot hotel that is next to Punta Borinquen. Unfortunately, there were roaches in the room every single day and night. The elevator door was super slow opening and closing. Looks like it needs to be recalibrated for a better experience. This resort is very old and although the staff does their best in trying to upkeep the building, it does need a major investment for remodeling the rooms with new beds, furniture,...

「Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.」
