“Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!!
Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“The hotel was clean and the room had a huge floor to ceiling window looking over the pool and beach. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I recommend walking a short distance for better and less expensive food.”

“Located in the heart of San Juan, you need to book it! Public transportation is a breeze with multiple bus stops in super close proximity and plenty of iconic food options nearby less than 5 minutes away walking. The staff was all super nice and accommodating to us and our day to day needs. Beach is a 10 minute walk up the road from the hotel so you don't even need to go far. The option for parking in the back is there but because of the location of the hotel, you don't even need a car!……
