「For the people leaving bad reviews. Understand a few things. This is a historic hotel, which in my opinion adds to the character. Yes it’s old. Look past the blemishes and enjoy the view, space and proximity to everything. It’s safe and all the workers there are amazing. Me and my wife had a great time. One working elevator issue wasn’t as bad as people said. To avoid long check out lines just download the Hilton app. Check out on your phone and leave. 」

「It started with a great welcome and the shot of coquito. The room was fabulous! Two- California's King size beds, refrigerator, microwave, full size couch. The breakfast bar had excellent choices. Made to order eggs or omelets, yogurt and fruit and other options. It was spacious and clean. It exceeded all my expectations. The shower was exhilarating ! The water pressure was great!! 「The location and amenities were perfect. A short drive from the airport or to Old San Juan, surrounded by great restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. The resort fee provided access to bicycles that were convenient to use and a dedicated space on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. Fantastic stay!」

「The unit was clean, cool and comfy. It's at the heart of Condado where almost every basic thing you need to get is just walking distance. The internet was slow with many interruptions, though. Our last night, the whole area didn't have power and there was no generator. A bit of a scare coz our phones were running out of juices. 「I've stayed here twice, once on my own waiting for a morning flight to the BVI in 2024 and again with my wife in February 2026 for 2 nights at the begining of our trip around Puerto Rico. I don't think the bad reviews I've read are deserved. This is a more budget freindly option in the same great location as some of the premium hotels.
