“We arrived after our flight well before check-in so we knew we weren't able to check in yet. After speaking with the front desk staff they said there might be a possibility of checking in early (for a fee) and that they would text us when our room was available. So we stored our bags and went to get some food at a local restaurant they recommend. After we returned we hung out in the lobby for 5hrs waiting for our room to be ready. Not only did we not check in early we saw several other guests……

“This was an absolutely amazing experience. This was a surprise for my partner for their birthday and it did not disappoint. The staff was simply amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming. We felt like family every time we interacted with one of them. And the food and drinks… top tier. We did not want to leave. Amazing views. Amazing staff. Amazing everything. If you’re planning a trip, I 100% recommend staying here and when we come back, cause we definitely will be back, it will absolutely be here.……

“Such a cute stay at Flor de India! 🤍 The room was super clean and cozy, the staff was so sweet and welcoming, and check-in was super easy. The location was perfect, close to all the touristy spots, restaurants, and the beach. I honestly loved my stay and would 100% come back next time I’m in the Island! 🇵🇷✨”

“The pictures were deceiving. There was major water damage throughout the entire place. The lights were dimly lit and everything needed to be scrubbed and bleached. When entering my room there was a dead water bug on the bed. The pool was poorly maintained even though it was being cleaned it was still dirty. The beach was filthy with left over trash, cigarettes, bottles and food everywhere. Although there were major issues, evetytime I reported it to staff they addressed the problem and tried……
