“Nice, clean hotel not too far from the cruise port. They have a free shuttle but it was smallish and we took Uber because of the wait time. 5 min walk to a basic store for beer, wine and snacks.”

“I didn't like the facility, there was no balcony, water is only available on a daily purchase allowance. Food is only offered thru purchase at the restaurant down stairs. The staff was very nice but as far as whats offered, quite lacking. If you drink tea, there are no tea bags or water available. There's no real milk for coffee, just powered ingredients. I will not stay in this facility again. I expect more for my hard earned money.”

“Went on a solo trip to PR and I booked this place on the same day of my arrival. Reasonable given how lodging can be in San Juan.
As for the room itself, it had a full bed and small kitchenette perfect for a solo traveler or even two people. The property is also conveniently close to the Laguna del Condado running trail, Condado Beach, La Placita and a quick 10 min drive to Viejo San Juan.
When i first got there the room wasn’t clean which I think was understandable given the last minute……

“The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.”
