「Property located in a nice area by the water. The property could used some updates, one of the rooms the door didn’t close properly. The second bathroom was extremely small when showering the water spilled out and the water didn’t get hot on the shower I am not sure if I couldn’t figured out how it works or the water heater didn’t work properly for that bathroom. Overall not a bad deal! Thanks!」

「My daughter and I just spent a week and had a great time. It is a good location, close to the kiosks and Luquillo beach. The beach in front of our condo was red flagged but a short walk away we could swim. The water was clear and the waves were nice. The condo had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and evening! The air conditioning in the bedroom was good for sleeping, but the other room always had a breeze and was pleasant. We would recommend it to our friends!」

「My stay was fantastic! I love the view, from balcony and even the bedroom. I loved waking up and being able to see the ocean from bed. Even with the air conditioner on, I could still hear the waves at night! So great. I had everything I needed. Security was top-notch, with 24/7 guard and secured access to the beach. 「The location is great. You can walk to the beach in 30 seconds. The building is on the older side. The AC in the master bedroom was not working. A few more trash bags and towels would be better. There are quite a few beach toys and things like that. 」

「This unit was truly amazing. It is the perfect place for large families with plenty of privacy. There are 4 bedrooms (3 downstairs and one upstairs in a loft). The loft has a separate kitchen, bathroom, and huge terrace with the most amazing beach view. You are quite literally on the water front! The main floor also has a terrace with a beach view. 「The unit was clean and comfortable. Beach was never overcrowded. Location is great. Grocery and shopping only a short drive away. My family and I had an amazing time.Only 1 downside; no bedding for the sofa bed. I messaged the host and the response was that the unit didn't have a sofa bed. I thought it best not to argue the existence of a bed I was sitting on. 「The location of the condo is excellent. Right next to Mar Chiquita and a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the area. The balcony provides beautiful views and the rocking chairs are nice to relax in. The little yard out front is a fun place to hang out in. The bed in the primary is super comfortable, and the mini splits are quiet and keep the place comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!」
