“great place ”

“This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. We had to contact Expedia and luckily they were able to set us up with accommodations that were not super convenient however we were grateful. I have messaged the owner multiple times with……

“The suite:- Clean and inviting.- Fridge freezer oven stove AC all work great.- 16th floor and a deck full of awesome sun.- 1 beach chair available when we arrived. - Decent enough water pressure- Regular amenities you’d find in a hotel room.The area:- security onsite - private beach access from building.- Ocean Lab brewery not far away - delicious.”

“Pros: the beachfront access and ocean view were fantastic! The property was very secure and had a nice basketball court. The location was very convenient with multiple restaurants, a Walgreens, and a grocery store within walking distance. Cons: Our dryer didn’t work which forced us to use wet towels the entire stay! The unit cleanliness was semi-lacking, and my husband was disappointed that we didn’t get any local channels on TV to watch som night time football games. ”

“Room was exactly as posted . Neat clean very convenient necessities included. My daughter n God daughter were very pleased with the cake and balloons and especially the liquor and champagne setup i requested and added at a low price. We were all very pleased and happy we chose Aquatica.”

“THE VIEW!!!!! I lived on the deck just gazing out on the impossibly blue water, listening to the surf pound below. Rachel responded quickly to my questions and is a very gracious host. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped. Comfy seating and beds. The kitchen is newly renovated with everything you need. I loved that the living room opens completely out to the deck with a beautiful breeze blowing through. No gnats or flies up on the 18th floor! Great water pressure in the shower! I could……
