「First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!」

「The first condo they gave us was nothing like the photos when I booked. The condo was old, furniture and appliances were old and damaged. I took pictures of our current condo and sent them to the host and showed them to the front desk and asked to be moved to the condo that I had booked as the one we received was NOT it. They immediately looked into it and...
