“Overall good But too noisy in the night in old san juan”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“En la mañana amanecimos sin agua y llame al encargado el Se. Rodolfo y fue nada su ayuda . Le solicité un reembolso ya que tenía compromisos en el área y tenía que resolver y me dijo que me iba a devolver la llamada y aún no me ha llamado.”

“This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days. We are so grateful for this experience and look forward to making this our permanent go to hotel whenever we……

“Great, fast responses. No water in San Juan the time we got there- we chose to stay anyway. Host had gallons of water in the room and came in the next day to help. Close to everything.”

“I liked the space and the beds were really comfortable. The ac did not work in one of the rooms so that was a little inconvenient. Also we had apt b, and the way the front door of the apt is set up, there’s like a window on the door that you can put your arm through so it doesn’t feel 100% safe. But other than that it’s a nice space. Also had water when u heard most of PR didnt”
