"The rooms were well cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the beach was a few minutes walk. There was a 24 hour pharmacy and grocery nearby. The buffet and food in the hotel and surrounding area were mediocre. Better food at Luquillo Beach"

"Everything is expensive. EVERYTHING! I do not recommend eating or drinking here because of it. Cross the street to the liquor store and get yourself a bottle of something. The drinks cost way too much and were weak AF! I mean breakfast is $40! For a family of 4 you're looking at $160+, just for breakfast! That's insane! Fortunately, there are options along the avenue, bring cash for some of the restaurants as they don't take cards/phone tap. Some do though. The resort fee is pretty much for the use of the pool & towels. Everything else is a separate charge. The wrist band to get into your room and operate the elevator is difficult to use. The pillows are wayyyy too soft. I hated them. I prefer a more firm pillow. Other than that, it is a really great hotel & resort. Good service, clean, and beautiful."

"This property was great! Staff was really nice and helpful! Let us check in super early and complimentary late check out since my son was having stomach issues which we really appreciated! The property is beautiful and in such a walkable friendly area to a lot of things! Everything is a 5 min uber away! We will definitely come back here again! Rooms were a little outdated but other then that no complaints at all!!"

"We booked the room last minute because we were getting in super late. The room was clean and nice. Nothing special just a king size bed, coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. The room did have a little smell as if it was an old room but not too bad. We only needed it for one and it defiantly helped. Perfect for late night arrival and easy to get too. Right outside baggage claim."
