「When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge. Room service was hit or miss, sometimes OK sometimes not. We were there for five nights. Staff tried to be helpful. AC worked great. We didn’t try the hot tub. They said they will refund us half...

「The breakfast was the worse thing ever. The scramble taste like full sofrito spoon. The place was amazing. The Coffe was terrible Good place but never tried to eat at the restaurant」
