However, there were several issues that impacted our stay.The listing does not clearly state that this is a shared property. The owner lives on the same lot, and there are multiple rentals on-site, meaning you could be sharing the space with other groups. “What a fun experience we had at this property! The ocean is right out the door and it gave us a taste of real island neighborhood living. The host was on property and answered any questions we had quickly. Listening to the waves at night was relaxing and the golfcart going to and from the property was fun.
