"The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! "

"This property was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). Francheska went above and beyond to help us before and during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. There were stocked fridges, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and so much more. We would definitely recommend to other large groups!"

"This was our first time in Puerto Rico for myself and my family of 14 others. We had an amazing time, HOUS was a great central location in San Juan. The communication with the owners was great. They always answered immediately, and they were very accommodation including purchasing a shower chair for me as I am in a wheelchair. Staying at HOUS made our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back!"
