“Staff are nice Location is good However PR is having water supply problem and it affects visiting experience a loooooooot! Weeks without water supply rely on water tanks No toilets available nearby ,Even in the Restaurants ,bars and parks , everyone have to use the dry toilets and not even able to shower after going to the beach I can’t really expect that would happen in an ISLAND with tropical rainforests like Puerto Rico”

“The check in process was easy. They respond quick. The 2 ladies at the front were helpful. I didn't know even after check out they offer to hold your bags so you can explore which was really convenient for me. It was my first time at a hostel and i would feel comfortable going back if I wanted to stay in the same area.. the hostel too was in a good area and by the cruise port and old San Juan”
