“I cant believe the bathroom was dirty, not shower curtain, the kitchen dirty greasy, oxidizer, same was inside the refrigerator, and I never seem anybody cleaning the pool, trust me, outside the property and hallways, pathways nobody cleaning, and smelling to sewers ”

“Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10……
