“This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. “Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels.
