“The bed felt and sounded like an old spring mattress from the nineties, they used a dust ruffle as a blanket (not even kidding), there was mold in the shower and the sealant around the door was peeling and hanging off. The water pressure was very poor and only one of the three desk staff were pleasant toward guests, including us. The others acted bothered that people were speaking to them - especially the younger woman with the long dark hair. The air conditioning unit was groaning and making……

“It is a dated hotel and the room smelled musty probably from the AC. It is nice they serve breakfast but it is same menu everyday (stayed for 4 nights) and very basic. Our room was not cleaned because we were told from the receptionist that we had the please don't disturb sign overnight. I guess they check the tag at 6am and if it is on the door, they don't clean it that day. ”

“The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay.”

“Very clean room, EXCELLENT STAFF from the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone is VERY NICE and I would highly recommend this place for singles, couples or families! Pets are welcomed and it's a quiet property with very well lit areas that feel safe inside and out. ”

“This hotel was HORRID and they do not clean unless you request it AFTER your stay. Words almost cannot explain how nasty this hotel was. The rooms were impossible to stay in and I booked 2 rooms. There was mold in several areas, booboo on the toilet, hairs from lord knows what in the bed, etc. I give this hotel a ZERO rating. I also had 3 month old twins that I definitely wasn't keeping there in that filth and luckily had a family member in the area we could stay with. Now I'm having hell……

“The shower/bathtub was not at all. It had an open bar of soap on the soap rack and had hair in the tub. We have pics. The shampoo was empty as well. ”
