We had specifically booked in Haro in order to walk around the wineries and bars in June at then of a few days in Pamplona.The appartment had been let out to someone else by the owner and we were only told when we arrived in Haro. We were given an alternative property which was 10 minutes drive away. This was not suitable for us and represented a waste of our time and effort."

Everything you could need is provided and it is beautifully decorated. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and a wonderful place for peace and contemplation, and to explore the region of Rioja. "Stunning building. Lots of rooms so rates are often me of the cheapest in town. Rooms are somewhat old fashioned but it doesn’t matter. I’ve stayed here about 10 times and will always be my first choice when in La Rioja. Parking on the street is free if you can find a space. The restaurant opposite (Arrope) also has a fantastic wine selection by the glass with tasting machines so a great spot to relax in"
