「Première expérience en chambre d'hôte, et belle découverte ! Hôte extrêmement gentille. Chambre parfaite, lit hyper confortable, mieux installé qu'à l'hôtel. Petits produits dans la salle de bain, ça fait plaisir. Décoration jolie, petit déjeuner au coin du feu, buffet varié de qualité. Je reviendrais ! Merci」

「Nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un bébé de moins de un an. A l'arrivée on nous a changé de chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre minuscule sans place prévue pour le bébé. Nous avions notre propre lit pliable mais impossible à installer. Le lit a une planche de bois qui fait office de sommier... La propriété n'est pas top...」

「N'est pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles comme la plupart des établissements Campanile maintenant... La chambre est défraichie, l'isolation est inexistante, le chauffage (clim) qui fait du bruit et je ne parle pas du bruit de soufflerie mais d'une hélice qui frotte quelque part, WC noir (pas propre ou usé et noirci???). Points positifs : literie et serviettes propres.」

「Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits). Reception lady was very helpful and attentive. 「The room was cold. Even setting the heater to full fan and 30C didn't help much, and the fan was too loud to leave on overnight anyway. The shower didn't drain properly and the sink plug leaked. Orherwise, the bed was comfortable and the breakast was fine. Decent location just off the autoroute with a number of restaurants nearby.」

「The room was ok, but missed airconditioning. The staff is not very helpful and they only speak French, they even do not try to speak English or try to help you. When you run a hotel and only speak French that is not the way to do. Food is good, taste and quality.」
