“Das Haus ist einfach nur toll. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen ganz tollen Pool. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig in einem Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb des Dorfs. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Spielen, Sonnenliegen und sogar einer Tischtennisplatte. Einziges Manko (falls man es so nennen will): der Kontakt des Vermieters, der uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat, sprach kein Englisch, war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man etwas Französisch kann, kommt man gut……

“Wir verbrachten traumhafte drei Wochen in Les Bancs. Die Terrasse - umgeben von Maulbeerbaum und Linde - haben wir Tag und Nacht genossen. Besonders schön waren die zahlreichen Bademöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung (zu Fuß an der Sure, in Gravière und Chambonas an der Chassezac). Für Liebhaber der französischen Küche sind der kleine Bio-Markt in Chambonas (donnerstags 17.30h) und die zahlreichen Geschäfte in Les Vans eine Fundgrube. Darüberhinaus ladt die Gegend zum Paddeln und Wandern……

“If you want to get out of the rush, this remote guesthouse is a good oportunity to stay at. Lovely outdoors. The hosts are very pleasant and gave good tips beforehand as for the stay. The house itself was specious enough and had everything we needed. It is suitable for a couple and two kids. We had a lovely time. ”

“La Magnanerie is a comfortable property that we enjoyed. The location is excellent and it is possible to see many parts of the L'Ardeche if you are adventurous. The property is clean and well-equipped. The host Jane was welcoming and is very knowledgeable about the local area. There is a road outside that is noisiest in the mornings but we were not overly disturbed. This property does have low beams in places upstairs so probably best not recommend for tall people. Otherwise a great choice.”
