Nous avons loué sur la deuxième semaine d'août 2022 (en pleine canicule), 4 personnes de plus de 45 ans. La maison est grande, belle et originale au niveau de la répartition des pièces à l'intérieur. Il y a pleins d'équipements dans la cuisine, on se sent comme à la maison (appareils à raclette, à fondue etc...) La piscine est top, grande, propre et il y a même un pisciniste qui vient s'en occuper. Les abords sont par contre un peu dangereux pour les enfants en bas âges (dalles qui bougent) Les agents immobiliers qui nous ont accueillis étaient top, par contre la conciergerie en ligne n'a rien géré correctement et n'a jamais répondu à nos demandes. 1ère grosse déception : le petit studio près de la piscine, qui est présent sur les photos était fermé, nous comptions dessus car mon mari à une prothèse de jambe cela nous aurait bien facilité la vie pour l'accès à la piscine et c'était aussi pour cela que nous avions choisi cette maison. 2ème déception : les climatiseurs présents sur toutes les photos s'étaient vus débarrasser de leurs télécommandes par les propriétaires. Seules les 3 chambres de cette grande maison de 185m² avaient la clim, dans la 4ème chambre elle ne fonctionnait pas. Je vous laisse imaginer l'enfer pour cette maison orientée plein ouest donc ensoleillée de midi à 21h 3ème déception : une invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine et sur la terrasse, impossible de laisser quoi que ce soit sur le plan de travail, nous avons même mis le sucre en morceaux au frigo pour nous en protéger. Bref à trois milles euros la semaine en août on aurait pu avoir largement mieux.

Zou leuk huis zijn, indien alles wat in foto's naar voren komt ook ter gebruik wordt gesteld! Nu is het helaas een misleidend geheel. En het jammere is dat het agentschap geen verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet reageert. CONCLUSIE: boek niet viaVRBO.
