Stayed in Congress Avenue Hotel during a short visit to Vilnius and the location was just perfect, on the main avenue and in a short walking distance to all main attractions. The room was very big and spacious, big windows, comfortable beds, great bath-room. Only downside was not very good smell from the bathroom (keep the bathroom door close) Very nice & welcoming staff, don’t lose the room plastic key - we’ve been told that it’s extra 5€

Amazing hotel

This is a really amazing hotel ! Great location and very helpfull and polite staff. The roomsxsnd the whole hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots off different choises off foods. We really enjoyd our stay and will be back.

This is not my first stay in Congress Avenue, and there is a reason. This is a very good price-quality ratio hotel with nice rooms, good service and excellent beds.

Great hotel in good location

Great hotel close to Cathedral Square with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, albeit the same every day. The room was nice and clean, bed comfy. Only minor issue was the duvet which was too small for the double bed.

Good value for city center

I had a 1 night layover in Vilnius before a trip home and looked for something affordable but comfortable for the last night and this hotel was the choice. I got my money's worth - the AC worked nicely - the bed was comfortable - the Wifi was fast - the shower was spacious with good water pressure and heat - breakfast was decent - large, accessible street out front for easy cab pickup/dropoff - there's a bar/cafe across the street open very late, so nice for a late drink

It was not possible to switch of air-conditioning and the curtain didn't really close so nights were rather noisy and bright so that I couldn't sleep well... Rest was perfect.

Stayed for a few hours during a layover. Gorgeous hotel, very high quality. There was no AC at that time of year so I had to open a window which made it noisy because the hotel is right across from a bar. Other than that, I felt like a queen and in the morning woke up to a beautiful view in the heart of the city.

I stay in Vilnius frequently, often in hotels. This is a good one, with helpful, knowledgeable staff; quiet; comfortable bed and furniture, good wifi, easy to use keys and lifts. I didn't try the (Italian) restaurant, but it was well-occupied (though my stay was largely during a public holiday). Heating/aircon was perfect. My only problem was one evening when hot water didn't fully function.

Location is great, but service left a lot to be desired. Towels were not replaced, taxi booking to the airport was mismanaged and inability to recommend good restaurants.
