Great, helpful staff. Laurynas was so friendly and welcoming. Easily one of the coolest hotel personnel I've ever encountered. The place was spotless and well-maintained, especially for an older building. Location was prime. Close to transit, old town, great restaurants and cafés. I'll be happy to return.

Staff were lovely. Room and shower room were dated but very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't have breakfast, however, it did smell very nice every morning on our way out! Wifi was useable but was a little slow.

We really liked the location and a wonderful staff of hotel Rinno. She was awesome. But there was no AC and it was hot. So they arranged for us to move to another hotel which had AC. This was supposed to be a 4 star. The name of the other hotel was moon garden. We did not like the room, the stench or the bathroom. We would have preferred Rinno hotel but with some ventilation.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, it was clean, the reception staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was efficient, a buffet with cooked eggs/pancakes if one wanted and a mimosa if one wanted. The room and bathroom were well sized. I was very comfortable.
