「Always clean, friendly staff.」

「Very fast and convenient, friendly attitude, clean and quiet room, very good experience」

「The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. The A.M. staff told me he did not have decision making powers. I called the hotel later and talked to someone that identified themselves as a manager. I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering. I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room...

「I didn't like not getting a paper receipt or even an email. I have to get in touch with Expedia.」

「Room was very clean , when arriving to check in it took several minutes for someone to show at front desk . When someone finally showed up young man very nice older gentleman acted like he didn’t want to be bothered which seemed rather rude . 「Fairly new property」

「Good hotel for the weekend.」

「WIFI連線有問題 連續兩天都沒有解決」

「忘了留下一些服务费。酒店是很不错的」

「不够安全！半夜5点多被一个酒鬼骚扰撞门，很可怕！I'm so scared.。」

「Great stay, clean room, easy check in and out. Only complaint was the beds were to tall for a short pregnant woman. Overall good stay」

「I don't eat pork so the breakfast was basically continental in the end. I had a problem with the hot tub and the staff was attentive, but I had to go to them, rather than them coming to me to resolve the issue. I did not particularly like having to go out at night and walk to the office since I was travelling alone. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.」
