Es war sehr schön. Vermieter war super nett. Man hat nicht gemerkt, das sie im Untergeschoss gewohnt haben. Wir konnten den Grill benutzen, sowie die Feuerstelle. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Mega Urlaub

Schöne Apartments
Es war alles tipptopp, allerdings war aus der Anzeige nicht zu erkennen, dass der Vermieter unten im Haus wohnt, wir haben ein freistehendes Haus (was es auch war) für uns allein erwartet. Wenn man es vorher weiß, wäre es womöglich gut. Es stellte für uns letzten Endes kein Problem dar.

Rustig gelegen met ruime tuin.
De gastheer ontving ons met veel informatie over de omgeving en het pand. Het gaat om 3 appartementen, die wij allemaal tot onze beschikking hadden met ons gezin met 2 kids. De kinderen hadden dus een eigen appartement. Pro's: - Uitgebreide voorzieningen in de keuken (wel maar 2 pitten om op te koken.) - Ruime tuin die ook netjes onderhouden is. - Prima werkend internet - Zeer schoon opgeleverd en alles netjes verzorgd. - Goede ontvangst met veel info - Je mag een vuurtje stoken in de achtertuin om worstjes te grillen. Er ligt voldoende brandhout. - Rustig gelegen, geen geluidsoverlast. - Er is een afsluitbare schuur om je fietsen veilig in te stallen. Cons: - Het zwembad is onverwarmd (kan eenvoudig opgelost worden met wat warmtepanelen op zonnekracht.) - Geen comfortabele (lig)stoelen in de tuin. We lagen dus maar op een zelf meegenomen picknickkleed. Dit terwijl de eigenaren zelf wel over comfortabel tuinmeubilair beschikten. - We zaten de 2 weken ervoor in Oostenrijk waar we al veel gewandeld hadden en daarmee kwam de omgeving van Vimperk op ons wat saai over. We hebben dus maar veel dagtochten gemaakt richting het Lipnomeer. - In de advertentie staat dat er een wasmachine beschikbaar is. Dit is in de praktijk echter niet het geval. Pas nadat ik de eigenaar de advertentie liet zien ging hij akkoord om ons een was te laten draaien. - De eigenaar houdt zich bezig met de verhuur en de gasten. Zijn vrouw doet dit met iets te veel overtuiging niet. Daarmee voelden we ons soms wat meer logees dan gasten. - Tenslotte vonden we het kraanwater niet lekker smaken, er zat een heel sterke ijzersmaak en geur aan. We hebben uiteindelijk dus maar flessenwater gekocht. Geen idee of dit aan het huis of aan de algemene watervoorziening in de regio ligt.

Für die kalt-nasse Wetterfront kann ja niemand was, von daher war es gut, dass die drei Apartments (jeweils) alles da haben...Wasserkocher, Toaster, Pfannen und Töpfe, Spülmaschine, damit man auch faul sein kann 😎 Wir drücken den nächsten Gästen die Daumen für soliden Sonnenschein, in jedem Fall die Nähe zum böhmischen Meer nutzen! (selbst wenn man vllt. eigtl zum Wandern da ist, 1 Tag geht immer)

ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit extrem netten, zuvorkommenden Vermieter! Die Appartements sind bestens ausgestattet, sogar einen Eierkocher gibt es! Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder!

Höchst angenehmer Aufenthalt
Das Objekt entspricht der bereits sehr ausführlichen Beschreibung im allerbesten Sinne. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und großzügig eingeräumt. Es mangelt an nichts, Verbrauchsmaterialen wie WC-Papier und Handtücher werden gestellt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Grillbereich ist annähernd fußballplatzgroß und sehr gepflegt. Nicht zu vergessen der zuvorkommende und charmante Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt! Wir waren im Herbst im Böhmerwald, als Freundeurlaub (6 Erwachsene) und empfehlen den Gastgeber, das Ferienhaus sowie die Umgebung jedem, der Entspannung, Ruhe und Erholung sucht.
