Well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Located a short walk from the sea front and a wide choice of restaurants. Bus stop to Valparaiso close to front door. Buses every few minutes. Don't be put off by the way t the buses drive. They get through the traffic and the driivers are really helpful.

Convenient to ocean boardwalk
It's an older hotel and the room was a little smaller than her sister property in Curico, but the room was clean & comfortable. Parking was safe and easy. The hotel overlooks the water channel, and is within 2 blocks of the oceanfront boardwalk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very efficient and helpful.

No respeta tarifa indicada
No se respeto la tarifa. El precio acordado al reservar era con impuestos incluidos; y al momento de checkinn me cobraron la tarifa acordada mas impuesto. Cuack!

Se demoraron casi 2 horas en entregarnos nuestras 2 habitaciones- Ademas muy agresiva la gerenta de recepcion de nombre Ximena. Para lo que cobran en hotel, no volveria nunca mas.

El desayuno muy pobre, generalmente no se repone lo que se acaba. El horario del comedor se debe ampliar. Es muy molesto cuando se cierra al momento de dar exclusividad a los equipos de futbol. La prioridad debe ser, siempre, el pasajero.
