I put away the phone (unreliable internet) opened up a good book, visited the nearby sand beach for a cold plunge, and took in some local theater. This place is a gift for the soul. 」

「Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy lakefront home. It was the perfect size for just the two of us—small, but comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was very clean and well-kept, and the owner was excellent with communication, making everything simple and stress-free. Our favorite part was spending time on the deck looking right out over the lake, enjoying the peaceful views and watching the three loons that hung around nearby. Such a special and relaxing spot.」

「We had a wonderful time in Rockport, Rockland, Thomaston and Camden, easily accessable from this house. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. 「Everything was seamless about checking-in and out. Everything you could possibly think of is available for your use. You literally just need food and clothing. I wish there was AC, but my partner liked it warm. It did cool down late at night and there was a window fan to help. The owner put in a lot of thought in creating a peaceful stay.
