「This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash...
「Breakfast was good. Parking was adequate. Restaurant was good. Staff was good, including the restaurant. It’s in the middle of the midieval town, which was built on the rock cliffs. The river runs in the middle of the town, and there is a low level bridge at tge hotel to walk to a park across the river. We stayed here in early May, and the day we were there, the bridge was partially flooded. But the next morning the bridge was dry. The road bridge is way above, and never floods, so no worries....
「Badly received at the reception; needed to wait until the reception staff and cleaning staff had their rap up of the cleaning job (with room counting) , hallucinating. Room smells bad, airco not clean, chewing gum on the wall. Needed to ask for an extra towel. Worst experience / stay ever in a normally good Novotel.

「Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans ce château d’une très grande beauté, rénové avec goût. L’accueil est chaleureux, les hôtes sont aux petits soins, le dîner et le petit-déjeuner sont faits maison et sont délicieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, toute équipées, et la literie est très agréable.
Quel bonheur de se faire masser au milieu de la nature, de se faire réveiller par les oiseaux.
