「Our 2nd stay at the property but first one within this unit.Location and property excellent as alwaysOwner was extremely helpful and responsive to a very minor issue and had it sorted in no time - highly recommended. Thank you!」

「This was our second stay at this property and our family had a wonderful time here again. This property has everything a large group or family needs for a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were accommodating with an earlier check in and communication was spot on. This property is well kept, clean and has lovely decor. Our hosts also left a lovely welcoming gift which was very thoughtful. 」

「No instructions for keys to cottage stove was smashed and a camp hotplate was our only cooking element air con was turned off on the unit which was very high on wall and was exceptionally hard to turn off fireplace was boarded up And that was one of the main attractions to the house. Only 4 chairs at a 6 seater table and one had a broken leg show in onsite wouldn’t stay up I had to hold it while’s trying to shower. Towel were sooo old and scratchy host took 22 hours to reply to my desperate...

「We have enjoyed our stay - excellent location - excellent host - we will comeback to Filippo when we will visit Perth the next time - 」

「It was very comfortable and clean. The room was a good size not too small and parking right outside the door made arrival and departure very easy. The shower had great water pressure, there was a suitcase ledge big enough for two medium sized suitcases and plenty of space and room throughout. Staff were helpful and the Indian Restaurant next to the motel was fantastic - can't recommend either the motel or the restaurant enough.」

「It’s a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house is huge that it actually have a big and small living rooms. It has well equipped bathroom, laundry and kitchen. There is only one thing that I hope to improve is the gas heater to be replaced with electric heater with heating fluid. I’m an overseas tourist that don’t know how to operate the gas heater in the small living room and also concern of catching fire. Hahaha. Otherwise, everything else is great and my family and I have a great stay :)」

「A great place for catching up with friends - we loved having cheese and wine on the balcony looking out at the city. We had five adults and was plenty of space for us to relax and get ready for winery lunches. We really enjoyed our stay! 」

"This hotel is absolutely filthy! As soon as we checked into our room, we were greeted by a cockroach in the kitchen. I tried to kill it, but it scurried away faster than I could react. Then, to our horror, another cockroach made an appearance when we opened the wardrobe. Honestly, from the moment I stepped into the room, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wait for my two-night stay to be over. The following day, when we returned to the room, another cockroach was waiting for us behind the front door, as if to "welcome" us back. On top of the pest problem, the hotel’s internet connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost !"
