Grand Pointe Escape: Gather your friends or family and escape to Grand Lake in this expansive 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, two-story waterfront home, ideal for large families. Enjoy front-row seats to the Pensacola Dam fireworks from the comfort of your private dock. Plus, you're just 2.5 miles from grocery stores, multiple restaurants, liquor stores, and hardware stores.

The 3,000-square-foot home features:
Private Dock: Complete with a ladder and space to moor your boat.
Entertainment Deck: A large deck over the water with outdoor dining and lounge seating.
Propane Grill & Firepit: Perfect for grilling and cozy evenings by the fire.
Walkway with Rails: Easy access from the deck to the dock.
High-Speed Internet: Bolt fiber optic for fast and reliable connectivity.
Streaming Smart TVs: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar, toaster, blender, crockpot, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, electric stove and oven, and microwave.
Washer & Dryer: With an iron and board for your convenience.

Sleeping Layout:
- 1st Floor Master Bedroom: King bed, Pack and Play, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- 2nd Floor Bedroom 1: King bed.
- 2nd Floor Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds.
- 2nd Floor Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds and two Full beds (Twin over Full bunk beds).
Bathroom Layout:
- 1st Floor Master Bathroom: Shower and toilet.
- 2nd Floor Bathroom: Bathtub and shower combo, toilet.
- 2nd Floor Bathroom #2: Bathtub and shower combo, toilet.

Additional Features:
Boat Launch: Access a small launch in the neighborhood or use Hammerhead Marina's ramp, 1.5 miles away, with ample trailer parking.
Parking: Driveway accommodates 3-4 cars side by side. For boat trailers, either disconnect and park alongside your vehicle or use Hammerhead Marina for trailer parking.
Important Notes: Pets are not allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the home. A lease agreement and security deposit are required.

Beautiful house

Our stay was amazing, and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Loved having a dock for our boat so close, it made getting on the lake a breeze. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
