「Our main issue was that our check in was at 3pm and we got there at 2:50pm and the doors to the hotel were locked and no staff was there. Apparently they all left at noon that day! Luckily some people happened to walk out of the hotel so we could get in and we were able to find our keys were left on the counter. We never really interacted with staff our entire stay which actually didn’t bother us. So yeah, except for being locked out originally it was great.」
