"Accurately advertised which was greatly appreciated. The tiny home itself was extremely clean and well laid out, and had some beautiful, thoughtful inclusions inside. What looked like a dam in the photos turned out to be a pool in a water course and was the perfect spot to be. Once the sun got low it felt private enough for us be comfortable and feel alone out there which was exactly what we wanted. "Tea Gardens is a place where nothing happens. We checked out a day earlier than what we paid for as the property wasn't maintained well. The main bedroom AC was not functioning properly and was so loud we could hardly sleep. No cooling and every 5 minutes it would shut down and restart with a loud noise. There was black mould in the AC, visible from outside. Overall a very bad experience."
