"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the corridor was very hot and the air conditioning did not work, the breakfast did not replenish the dishes that had run out "

"Our first room had an issue with the sink, went to the desk and the lady immediately had us changed to a new room with no complaints! So helpful and kind after a long day was so appreciated! "
