Opened in 2025, these brand-new modern tiny homes in Southern Utah were built for comfort, convenience, and a bit of fun, with a private bedroom with a king-sized bed, full kitchen, spacious living room, kid-friendly loft, and stunning desert views from every angle.

Located just 15 miles from the entrance to Zion, The Riv is your perfect basecamp for hiking, biking, stargazing, or just relaxing in style with a side of fast Wi-Fi and plush pillows.

nice place!

Overall we loved our stay here - great access to Zion! Getting to the unit with bags was a bit of a challenge - there's a sidewalk two doors down, which we only realized after we lugged our bags to the front door. Also, the loft was quite warm for our daughters - a fan would be helpful. We'd definitely come back!
