Parking was a hassle when we first arrived. There is only a small area that’s elevated with no clear sign to pull in there. All other parking is in a lot next to the property. Hotel room itself was okay, definitely had nice views.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The shades in the family room needed to be replaced to keep the light out if you slept in the murphy bed.

Housekeeping is optional. You can request towels or cleaning. We were only there for 4 nights/3 days. We just dumped our trash in the big can by the vending area, when needed. There is a coffee pot in the rooms and a pack of coffee but no tea. The location is great. Nothing like ocean front!!!

Really surprised me because the price made me think it wouldn’t be nice. The hotel is truly no frills, but we didn’t need fancy for the 6 days we were there. We just wanted a decent place to stay with a view and access to the boardwalk and water, and close to a lot of walkable places. The guys at the desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was one night when they ran out of parking. But they just opened their overflow lot next to it that night and showed us where to park. They don’t offer breakfast like other hotels, but we don’t eat breakfast anyway. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next trip.

The room was okay.\nThe view was great of the beach , biggest complaint With I couldn't look at the room before I signed everything. Pay for parking,, no breakfast at all,,had to ask for more coffee, small pot. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned, i believe I can get more for the money at other hotels.
