The layout provides a comfortable living room, a spacious dining area for 6, and a convenient bar for 4 off the kitchen. Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms: an ensuite master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed and a trundle bed. A pull-out sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized and fully equipped. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops enhance the kitchen. The accommodations, two TV's, the beach, and the swimming pool ensure a delightful vacation retreat for the whole family. * No pets, no smoking. Weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday only*

No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
