The hotel was clean, staff was friendly & attentive. The indoor pool is maintained. Parking and beach access is excellent. Room bathrooms and furniture need major updates, appliances also need to be replaced and updated.

We had a very good stay we did got the 10th floor the view is phenomenal. My only concern is the bathroom door won't lock but it's okay if you just staying there with your partner.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We came in the slow season so the noise level in the room wasn't bad, but if it had been busy, I think I would have been disappointed. The rooms didn't seem insulated from sounds, like chairs scooting above us, and people talking. If I stayed again, I would ask to be on the 10th level, no one over us.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Seaview. Wasn’t perfect, but just good enough for a weekend getaway. Beach view from the balcony was unbeatable! King size bed was very clean and comfy. All employees were incredibly friendly. Only complaint would be that the parking isn’t ideal, very cramped, and the stairwells/elevator/hallways were a little dirty, nothing too bad. Room itself was nice and clean!

The Room I started out in was a little dated and on the 2nd floor but clean. They moved me on my 2nd day to a higher floor so I could have a better view of the beach! This room was in a more updated area of the hotel and was clean. There are some areas that need a little tlc but it’s on the coast so I know the saltwater air makes that more challenging. The parking garage is a little tight for big SUVs like I drive but it was manageable. It’s a no frills, clean hotel that was well worth the money and has great ocean views!
