1. Keep it smoke-free and pet-free ($500 fee for pets).

6. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
7. Max three guests per bedroom.
8. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $100.
